On Leave in Japan

On the way back from the Philippines, I stopped off in Japan (It was on the way).  Here I am in a restaurant where they basically made us a scrambled egg 'a la Japonaise'.  (I dunno - that's what it tasted to me like).  They had these flakes people nicknamed 'dancing fish flakes' because once they were put on your food, they 'danced' as they uncurled in the heat of your food.
