On Leave in Japan

On the way back from the Philippines, I stopped off in Japan (It was on the way).  Here I am in a restaurant where they basically made us a scrambled egg 'a la Japonaise'.  (I dunno - that's what it tasted to me like).  They had these flakes people nicknamed 'dancing fish flakes' because once they were put on your food, they 'danced'.
